You want a neutral interlocutor so that criticism can be voiced. <\/p>\n<p>A careful, empathetic exit interview provides valuable insights and leaves a positive last impression.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, it is smart to analyze exit data periodically and link trends to HR policy and strategy.
