Conversely, a good click often provides additional motivation, better cooperation and higher levels of satisfaction.<\/p><p>The click turns around:<\/p><ul style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\" type=\"disc\"><li>Shared norms and values.<\/li><li>Appropriate communication styles.<\/li><li>Similarities in work ethics and team dynamics.<\/li><li>And, of course, to differences in personality!<\/li><\/ul><div> <\/div><p>How do you make sure that click shows up in the selection process?<\/p><p>Effective methods include:<\/p><ul style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\" type=\"disc\"><li>Walk-in moments: allow candidates to spend informal time with the team.<\/li><li>Conversations with future colleagues rather than just with supervisors.<\/li><li>Case assignments in teams to experience collaboration.<\/li><li>Open conversations about work styles, collaboration and culture.<\/li><li>Online video messages from existing employees<\/li><\/ul><div> <\/div><p>Organizations that are transparent about their team culture and actively engage candidates in the introduction process significantly reduce the likelihood of mismatch.
