development and creating a warm, supportive work environment.<\/p><p>Within the <strong>IT sector<\/strong>, innovation is leading.<br>IT professionals expect flexibility, the ability to work remotely, rapid advancement paths and the freedom to keep learning and experimenting.<br>Retaining talent here means giving room for autonomy, new technologies and encouraging personal initiative.<\/p><p>In <strong>consulting<\/strong>, dynamism is key.<br>Consultants seek challenge, variety and personal growth.<br>Organizations that provide this through, for example, varied projects, clear career paths and intensive coaching, build lasting relationships.<\/p><p>What connects all sectors is that candidates increasingly demand authenticity, transparency and personal attention.
