They want a realistic picture of the organization in which they might be working. What does the workplace look like? What is the atmosphere in the team? Are the core values mentioned in job postings actually lived?    <\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\">More than 70% of <a href=\"https:\/\/jobanizer.com\/en\/research-workshops\/\">survey<\/a> respondents said they would not pursue job applications if they were not given sufficient insight into an organization&#8217;s culture and daily practices. Candidates quickly sense when an image is wrong, and a lack of transparency almost always leads to dropping out. Perhaps this also partly explains why the average conversion rate on online job pages is only 2%.  <\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\">True transparency requires more than just a mission and vision statement on the website. It requires sharing authentic employee experiences, honest images of the workplace, and open communication about how the organization functions, including its challenges. Organizations that embrace this approach strengthen their employer brand and build<br>sustainable employment relationships.  <\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\">But transparency is not only important in the initial recruitment phase. Candidates also expect honesty and openness during job interviews, onboarding and further<br>career development. Employers who are clear from the beginning see this reflected in loyalty, commitment and higher levels of employee satisfaction.  <\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\">Those who dare to integrate transparency into their employer branding stand out in an increasingly competitive job market.
