Our research among more than 150 (HR) professionals, job seekers and students shows that these &#8220;soft factors&#8221; often outweigh job content or terms of employment. <\/p><p>Candidates are increasingly making choices based on feelings:  <i>Do I fit in with this team? Do I feel welcome here? Does this organization exude something in which I recognize myself?  <\/i><br><br><\/p><p>A nice job description or an attractive salary alone are no longer enough. What candidates are looking for is authenticity. Many job sites mainly list benefits and job requirements, but do little to convey the feeling or atmosphere.<br>This is a huge opportunity for employers who really want to stand out. <\/p><p>How can you address this concretely?<\/p><ul style=\"font-size: 16px; background-color: #eff0f4; margin-top: 0cm;\" type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Share short, unscripted, personal videos in which employees talk about their work and team.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Offer applicants a virtual tour of the workplace.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Organize informal introductions even before the job interview.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Show real footage of the office, canteen, team activities.<\/li><\/ul><p>Organizations that make their atmosphere and culture tangible not only attract more applicants, but also improve the quality of their intake.<br>People who can identify with the organizational culture beforehand are more motivated and stay connected longer.<\/p><p>At Jobanizer, we help organizations make their unique atmosphere and culture visible in a way that is authentic and engaging.
